Shipping and payment conditions dealers

We charge €9.90 shipping costs per parcel for standard deliveries throughout Germany. If there are several parcels per order, we calculate the shipping costs according to the number of parcels.

The shipping costs may vary depending on the weight and number of parcels.
When shipping to non-EU countries, customs duties will be charged depending on the value of the goods.
From a certain total amount, customs export documents must be applied for, these will be charged separately.

We will be happy to calculate shipping costs to other countries on request.

If you are in a hurry, please ask us directly about the possibility of express delivery. We will then check whether and under what conditions this would be feasible.

We dispatch the goods on account with a payment term of 14 days.
If payment in advance is required, we will inform you of this in the order confirmation.

Should there be any delays in delivery, we will inform you by e-mail.
